Mossberg & Company Adds Heidelberg Dymatrix 106 Pro High Performance Die Cutter
South Bend, IN, April 9, 2019 – Mossberg & Company Inc., a premium provider of technology-based print and marketing solutions and leading fulfillment provider, announces the expansion of equipment at its South Bend, IN, fulfillment and digital print facility. The most recent addition is the Heidelberg Dymatrix 106 Pro high performance die cutter due to install this week. Alan Gall, Fulfillment Operations Manager, explained that the technological advances are intended to help the company “provide the quick turn-times and the best packaging solutions for our customers.”
Heidelberg Dymatrix 106 Pro can produce sheets up to 76cm x 106cm in size and can handle several substrates including cardboard, paper, and corrugated board. The machine will be used for a variety of packaging jobs and operates at up to 9,000 sheets per hour. The benefits of Dymatrix 106 Pro’s material flexibility makes the machine perfect for the very wide variety of folding carton and carded packaging jobs.
Last year Mossberg & Company expanded their climate-controlled warehouse 28,000 sq. ft., making the facility a total of 93,000 sq. ft. Mossberg’s entire facility is climate controlled, FDA registered and ISO 9001:2015 certified. Additionally, they have a dedicated containment area, safe for Level 3 aerosol storage.

The equipment will be up and running by the end of April 2019.
